On November 8th, ISE Labs, a subsidiary of Sunlight Semiconductor, announced the purchase of land in the Axis 2 industrial park in Jalisco, Mexico, to invest in the construction of a semiconductor packaging and testing base. It is expected to create over 500 job opportunities in the first year of operation. According to a press release, ASE Labs' investment location in Mexico is located in Tonala, the Guadalajara metropolitan area. The project plan for ASE Labs in Harrisco state includes semiconductor chip packaging and testing services.
