On the 24th local time, Australian miner Ioneer announced that its Rhyolite Ridge lithium boron project in Nevada, USA, has obtained a federal license from the US Bureau of Land Management. It is reported that the company plans to start construction of the project in 2025 and put it into operation in 2028. Ioneer is a potential supplier for Ford and Toyota, and it is estimated that the project produces enough lithium annually to power approximately 370000 electric vehicles.
