Anadolu Efes, a Türkiye brewer, announced on October 23 that it had reached an agreement with Anheuser Busch that Anadolu Efes would acquire the interests of Anheuser Busch in its Russian business and Anheuser Busch would acquire the interests of Anadolu Efes in its Ukrainian business.
