The securities issued this time are GDR, which is based on the company's newly issued A-shares and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Jingke Energy stated that the newly issued basic securities represented by the GDR of the company shall not exceed 10% of the total ordinary shares of the company before this issuance (calculated based on the total share capital of the company as of September 30, 2024, not exceeding approximately 1.001 billion shares) (including securities issued due to the exercise of any over allotment rights, if any).
