Recently, there were rumors that Est é e Lauder will carry out channel reforms in July, and Est é e Lauder China will take over the operating rights of Est é e Lauder's tax-free channels in China from Est é e Lauder Group. It is understood that all duty-free products of Est é e Lauder in China are supplied by the group headquarters and are not related to the Chinese branch. The related performance also directly belongs to the group. In the 2021 fiscal year financial report, Est é e Lauder's duty-free channel led tourism retail sales accounted for 28% at one point. In the past two years, tourism retail has been continuously declining, becoming one of the influencing factors for Est é e Lauder's declining performance. In the fiscal year 2023, Est é e Lauder Group's global tourism retail business saw a natural decline of 34% in sales, with sales currently accounting for approximately 20%.
