The Starbucks Wuhan Sign Language store consists of three hearing-impaired employees and three hearing impaired employees. The store adopts a special ordering system to help hearing-impaired staff communicate smoothly with customers. At the ordering station, the voice recognition system will instantly convert the customer's voice into text and display it on the electronic screen. The double-sided ordering screen will display order details and customized details to the customer. The handwriting board and number menu provide more ordering options. At the same time, the design of the sunken candy box on the ordering table reduces visual barriers, and the screen above the dining bar displays the order status in real-time.
