The Shenzhen Starbucks Yitiancun Sign Language Store (hereinafter referred to as Yitiancun Store) is composed of 4 angel (hearing impaired) partners and 4 healthy listening partners. In order to achieve unobstructed communication between partners and customers, the store is equipped with a special ordering system, including auxiliary devices such as handwritten tablets, handheld menu boards, double-sided ordering displays, and intelligent voice assistants for communication. At the same time, adjustments have been made to the bar layout, such as lowering the height of the cake cabinet and adding thoughtful sunken groove designs, to help partners enhance communication with customers in multiple dimensions.
