TSMC issued an email statement on the evening of May 15th local time, confirming that an accident occurred at its Arizona factory construction site in the United States. A waste disposal truck driver was taken to a local hospital. The statement stated that TSMC facilities were not damaged, and TSMC employees and on-site construction workers did not report any injuries.
