According to the Caiyun News agency reported on October 11, Tesla's official US online store for the first time for the Model Y and Model 3 on the line of seven colors of color packaging, priced from $7,500 to $8,000, suitable for 2023+ Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, customers can only buy through Tesla.

Seven colors are available: Satin Invisible black for $7,500, Glacier Blue for $8,000, satin rose gold for $8,000, slippery lime for $7,500, Forest green for $8,000, satin ceramic white for $8,000 and crimson for $8,000.
The price includes materials and installation, and Tesla says: "Wrap your Model 3 or Model Y in our premium colored clothing, which is available exclusively through Tesla." This polyurethane-based self-healing film offers seven unique colors to protect the paint underneath from chipping, scratches and more."
In addition, according to the Shanghai Securities News, on October 8, the association released the estimated sales of new energy vehicles in September, data show that Tesla Shanghai super factory delivered 74,073 electric vehicles in September, so far the cumulative delivery of Tesla Shanghai factory this year has reached about 700,000. In terms of exports, Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory exported more than 30,000 electric vehicles in September, an increase of 454% year-on-year and a 57% increase month-on-month.
On October 2, Tesla officially released its global production and delivery report for the third quarter of 2023. In the third quarter of 2023, Tesla produced more than 430,000 electric vehicles worldwide and delivered more than 435,000 vehicles, an increase of about 18% and 27% respectively. Up to now, in the first three quarters of 2023, Tesla has delivered more than 1.324 million vehicles globally, which has exceeded the total delivery of 1.314 million vehicles in 2022. Tesla's global delivery target for 2023 is 1.8 million vehicles.
It is reported that at the end of the third quarter, the Model 3 refresh went on the market, Tesla upgraded the production line of the Shanghai Gigafactory, and there was no significant growth in production globally. It is expected that in the fourth quarter, Tesla will not only deliver the Model 3 refresh on a large scale, but also usher in further improvement of production capacity on the basis of the production line upgrade.
On October 1, Tesla also brought an important evolution of the Model Y. The evolution includes new color ambiance lights, updated dashboard trim and a design upgrade to the 19-inch wheel hub, while the rear-wheel drive version also has an improved 100 km acceleration of 5.9 seconds.
