GameStop, an American game retailer, announced on April 4th that its Chief Operating Officer, Nir Patel, has resigned, effective on the same day.
Game Station announced last month that due to intensified competition from e-commerce companies and weak consumer spending caused by economic uncertainty, the company has implemented layoffs to reduce costs. The game station did not disclose the scale and number of layoffs.
