Novo Nordisk has invested approximately 4 billion RMB in the expansion project of sterile preparations in Tianjin. The entire project is planned to be completed by 2027. Previously, in the first quarter of 2023, Novo Nordisk invested 1.18 billion yuan to launch a finished product workshop expansion project and introduce a pre filled injection pen production line. The expansion project of sterile formulation production will adopt globally leading isolator technology, providing a higher level of sterile guarantee for formulation production.
