Recently, Shenzhen Xinrui Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinrui Technology) and Weishitong Company (hereinafter referred to as Weishitong) established a joint venture in Michigan, USA. Weishitong is a leading global technology company in promoting the digital and electrification transformation of the automotive industry.
The joint venture company established this time is called Visteon ShinryPowerElectronics (VSPE). With nearly 20 years of rich experience in research, development, and production in the field of power electronics, Xinrui Technology will combine the advantages of Visteon in software, hardware, and system integration to assist both parties in strategic development and capacity enhancement in the field of power electronics. The joint venture will be jointly led by David Gu, Vice General Manager of Xinrui Technology, and Zhao Zilai, Senior Director and Power Electronics Manager of Wistron.
Shenzhen Xinrui Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, with three core businesses: new energy vehicle business, hydrogen fuel cell vehicle business, and high-end equipment business. Since the beginning of 2006, the company has entered the new energy vehicle industry, focusing on high-voltage "electronic control" solutions for new energy vehicles (with its main technology focused on on-board DC/DC converters and on-board chargers, collectively referred to as on-board power supplies). It has all independent intellectual property rights of original core technologies for on-board power supplies, supporting numerous mainstream vehicle models at home and abroad, and is a leading enterprise in the subdivision field of on-board power supplies.
