Seashell announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the Company approved the grant of A total of 369,100 restricted share units (equivalent to the same number of relevant Class A ordinary shares) to 26 employees on 1 October 2023 under the 2020 Share Incentive Scheme, subject to acceptance by the grantees. Such employee grants are not subject to shareholder approval.
