Shanghai Securities News China Securities Network (Reporter Sun Xiaocheng) Recently, Xiaopeng Huitian announced that under the leadership of the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone Management Committee, multiple enterprises such as Xiaopeng Huitian and Heli Intelligence have collaborated to successfully complete the low altitude flight of the Xiaopeng Huitian Flying Automobile Traveler X2 in the "Tiande Square Guangzhou Tower" area of the urban CBD.
During this flight, Traveler X2 took off vertically from the super Grade A office building complex in Tiande Square, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Using autonomous driving mode, it flew towards the iconic Guangzhou Tower, crossing Guangzhou's landmarks such as the Guangdong Provincial Museum, Huacheng Square, and Haixinsha Asian Games Park.
It is reported that during the development process of flying cars, Xiaopeng Huitian has comprehensively improved the safety and reliability of its products through flying in different environments and scenarios. This flight activity has verified that Xiaopeng Huitian's flying products can meet the usage needs of complex urban environments. Through the collaborative efforts of various governments and enterprises, we have also jointly explored the conditions required for low altitude airspace management, infrastructure construction, and regulatory command for the implementation of low altitude economy.
Zhao Deli, founder and president of Xiaopeng Huitian, said, "The low altitude economy has become an important issue of concern for the country and local governments at all levels. This flight activity is led by the government and coordinated by enterprises to jointly promote the development of the low altitude economy and work together to create a low altitude industrial chain in Guangzhou.". As a flying car research and development company, Xiaopeng Huitian is very concerned about the future application scenarios of its products. Through continuous exploration, we will promote the application of flying cars and quickly make them 'fly' into thousands of households.
