China Net Finance, March 1st: Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Laifeng County, Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province, issued a "Clue Collection Announcement", stating that in accordance with the work requirements of the "Clue Submission Letter" issued by the Enshi Prefecture Market Supervision Bureau on February 26th, Ranjian Global (China) Daily Necessities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ranjian Global") is suspected of conducting pyramid schemes.
On February 28th, the Market Supervision Bureau of Fengxian County issued a "Notice on Clue Collection"

According to the announcement, Ranjian Global (China) Daily Necessities Co., Ltd. has held multiple MLM events with over 100 participants in China, Hong Kong, and Macau since the beginning of this year. The organizers and planners of the events are Xin Beibei, the head of Ranjian China, as well as various branches of Ranjian China (please refer to the list of personnel below). The event has a scale of over 100 participants, including MLM influencers (referred to internally as Level 9 leaders) and members from various regions, The content of pyramid schemes (referred to internally as Leap Training) includes promoting the functions of health products, smuggling products from Hong Kong to the mainland, and member promotion reward policies.
The announcement also listed a list of organizers of pyramid schemes, with Xin Beibei, the person in charge of "Ranjian Global" China, and Liu Ning, the manager of its Beijing branch, Cao Rongyue, the manager of its Henan branch, and Gu Yun, the manager of its Shanghai branch, as the organizers and planners of related pyramid schemes. In addition, the announcement also includes a video link that falsely promotes the efficacy of the company's products.
According to Tianyancha, Ranjian Global (China) Daily Necessities Co., Ltd. was established on June 10, 2004, with CHRIS TAH-JIN SHARNG as its legal representative. Headquartered in Guangdong, the company has established seven branch offices in Beijing, Shanghai and other places, and eleven branch offices have been deregistered so far.
It is worth noting that on September 27, 2023, "Ranjian Global" was fined 100000 yuan by the Jing'an District Market Supervision Administration for using medical language or confusing the promoted products with drugs and medical devices in advertisements that involve disease treatment functions.
On July 19, 2023, "Ranjian Global" was confiscated and fined 828800 yuan by the Huangpu District Market Supervision Administration for producing and operating unlabeled pre packaged food and food additives.
