A newly published research report shows that Christyan Malek, global head of energy strategy at jpmorgan Chase, warned that Brent crude oil prices could continue to rise to $150 a barrel by 2026. Malek explained that there are several factors behind his warning of $150 oil, including disrupted production capacity, an energy supercycle, and a push to move the world further away from fossil fuels.
