A few days ago, Guangzhou Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a reply on the change of equity shareholders and articles of association of Guangzhou Ruimaotong Internet Microfinance Co., Ltd., agreeing that Zhengzhou Ruimaotong Supply Chain Co., Ltd. would transfer 100% of its equity in Ruimaotong Microfinance to Shanghai Erxu Information Technology Co., Ltd., and change the corresponding articles of association. After the transfer is completed, Shanghai Erxu Information Technology Co., Ltd. holds 100% equity of Ruimaotong Small Loan, and Shanghai Erxu Information Technology Co., Ltd. becomes the main initiator of Ruimaotong Small Loan.
The wholly-owned controlling shareholder of Shanghai Erxu Information Technology Co., Ltd. is Shanghai Zihe Information Technology Group Co., Ltd. The shareholders of the company are Li Tiezheng, Gu Shaofeng, Hu Honghui, and Zhang Jun, each holding 25% of the shares. It is reported that the above four are all members of the founding team of Xinye Technology (formerly known as Paipaidai).
