Samsung will collaborate with Arm to optimize the next generation Cortex-X CPU using GAA foundry technology. Samsung Electronics announced on February 20th that it will collaborate with chip design company Arm to optimize the next generation Arm Cortex-X CPU using Samsung's latest fully surround gate transistor (GAA) process technology.
