UBS analysts recently stated in a memo to investors that Nvidia has significantly shortened the delivery cycle of its AI GPUs, from 8-11 months at the end of last year to the current 3-4 months. The institution believes that there are two possibilities for Nvidia to significantly shorten the delivery cycle of AI GPUs: the company is planning to increase production capacity to meet future orders; Or Nvidia currently has sufficient production capacity. UBS has raised Nvidia's target price to $850. (Seeking Alpha)
