According to JD Blackboard News, on February 5th, JD Group announced that starting from February 1st, 2024, over 20000 frontline customer service employees on JD.com will achieve an average annual salary increase of over 30%.
This year is the 12th year that JD has insisted on delivering goods during the Spring Festival. JD's customer service team will also have over 10000 people dedicated to their positions, providing professional and thoughtful services to accompany users through the holiday. This year, JD.com has provided free "visiting rooms" for the relatives of customer service employees on duty in Suqian, Chengdu, and Wuhan, and organized a series of New Year themed activities such as writing Spring Festival couplets, making dumplings, and having a New Year's Eve dinner to celebrate the Chinese New Year with their families.
