A Russian court announced on February 1st that it has fined US e-commerce giant Amazon 2 million rubles ($22254) for failing to delete illegal content. On January 17th, Russia imposed a fine of over 200 million rubles on Amazon, citing that the company had no physical presence in Russia; Last October, Russia fined Amazon 4 million rubles for not deleting prohibited content.
