Tesla has been sued for mishandling hazardous waste or facing a daily fine of 500000 yuan. According to CNBC, 25 counties in California, USA have recently sued Tesla for mishandling hazardous waste such as paint materials, brake fluid, and used batteries. It is understood that Tesla may face fines of up to $70000 per day, equivalent to approximately RMB 500000, as a result. As of now, Tesla has not responded.
