On January 13th, it was confirmed by Interface News to multiple sources that Douyu has undergone internal organizational structure and personnel adjustments, including the establishment of a Content Ecology Department and the adjustment of the Original Author Service Department to a Content Product Department. The Content Ecology Department is headed by Ren Simin, a member of the Temporary Management Committee and Vice President of the company.
Douyu responded by stating that it was a normal personnel adjustment.
