Specifically, the company plans to sign a Brand License Termination Agreement with Whirlpool Group and Whirlpool Properties, Inc., a Trademark Transfer Agreement and a Brand License Agreement with Whirlpool Properties, Inc., as well as a First Amendment to the Technology and Intellectual Property License Agreement and a Supplementary Agreement to the Global Supply Agreement regarding the Contract Term with Whirlpool Group.
