On December 28th, at the global commercial maiden flight of Yihang EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft in Hefei, Guoxuan High tech and Yihang Intelligence signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides are committed to jointly developing power cells, battery packs, energy storage systems, and charging infrastructure based on Yihang Intelligent Unmanned Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing Aircraft (eVTOL) products, exploring new models of industrial coordinated development, and helping to enhance Hefei's overall competitiveness in the global low altitude economy.
According to the cooperation agreement, Yihang Intelligence and Guoxuan High tech will fully leverage their core advantages in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to carry out comprehensive, in-depth, and long-term cooperation. Both parties are committed to customizing and developing eVTOL power battery solutions that meet the airworthiness standards of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and meet the standards of high safety, high energy density, high discharge power, and high quality. In addition, the cooperation between the two parties will also focus on the development of high-power supercharging piles and energy storage systems and other infrastructure to improve charging efficiency, jointly build charging networks, and thereby enhance the operational efficiency of eVTOL.
