[ASML official website statement: 2050 and 2100 lithography machine export licenses have been partially revoked] ASML released a statement on its official website that its export licenses for NXT: 2050i and NXT: 2100i lithography systems have been partially revoked by the Dutch government, affecting a small number of customers in Chinese Mainland. ASML also stated that in recent discussions with the US government, the company has obtained further clarification on the scope and impact of US export control regulations. The new export control regulations announced by the United States on October 17th last year imposed restrictions on certain subcritical DUV immersion lithography systems used in some advanced production facilities.
