On December 27th local time, an appeals court in Washington, D.C. issued a temporary suspension order, demanding the suspension of the sales ban on Apple's latest smartwatch. A day ago, Apple requested a postponement of the International Trade Commission (ITC) ban on the Series 9 and Ultra 2 series watches. Apple has requested an extension of the suspension period during the appeal period, and the court has requested ITC to respond to this by January 10th next year.
