The legal representative, executive director, and general manager are Qin Lihong, co-founder of NIO Automobile. The business scope includes automotive parts and accessories manufacturing, wholesale of automotive parts and accessories, sales of mechanical equipment, manufacturing of metal structures, and import and export of goods. According to shareholder information, the company is wholly owned by NIO Automotive Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd.
According to media reports, in February this year, it was revealed that NIO's fourth vehicle factory had settled in Chuzhou, Anhui, and would be used for the production of NIO's third brand, with an internal code name of "Firefly".
