Amazon has won a lawsuit in the European Union Supreme Court over 250 million euros suspected of illegal tax cuts. On December 14th, the European Court of Justice rejected the appeal from the European Commission, stating that EU regulatory agencies "did not confirm" that the tax arrangement between Amazon and Luxembourg "was a state aid that did not comply with the internal market.".
