On December 11th, Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi yong met with NVIDIA CEO Huang Renxun, who was visiting Vietnam. He stated that the Vietnamese government called on NVIDIA to continue investing in Vietnam and cooperate with Vietnamese military electronics and telecommunications company, the largest enterprise group Vingroup, information technology group FPT, internet company VNG, and super application MoMo to develop semiconductor and artificial intelligence ecosystems.
Nguyen Chi yong stated that the Vietnamese government hopes Nvidia can help Vietnam establish semiconductor incubators.
