Microsoft closed 1.04% lower at $6.931 billion after completing a $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, becoming the world's third largest gaming company. Microsoft announced on Friday that it has completed the $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard after obtaining approval from the UK's antitrust regulatory agency, the Competition and Market Authority (CMA).
