After submitting its IPO prospectus to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 10th, Jike updated its prospectus on November 25th and released financial data for the first three quarters of 2023. The prospectus shows that the gross profit margin of Geely Krypton vehicles has reached 14.80%, a further increase of 2.5 percentage points compared to 12.30% in the first half of the year.
The updated prospectus also shows that Jike's revenue in the first half of this year reached 21.27 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 136%; Among them, the sales revenue of complete vehicles was 13.175 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 148.75%. As of October 31, 2023, Jike has delivered over 170000 units in total, becoming the fastest domestic pure electric new force brand to achieve 170000 units in just 24 months of delivery.
In February 2023, Jike completed a Series A financing of $750 million, with a post investment valuation of $13 billion. The investors involved in this financing include the founder of MobileyeGlobal, CEOAmnonShahua, Ningde Times, Yuexiu Industry Fund, Tongshang Fund, and Xinan Intelligent Manufacturing Fund.
Extreme Krypton officially entered the European market in June 2023 and was the first to be sold in the Netherlands, Sweden, and other places. According to its plan, Extreme Krypton's overseas territory will expand to 6 countries next year and enter 8 countries by 2025.
