On November 24th, Jianpu Technology, a subsidiary of Rong360, announced its financial performance for the third quarter of 2023. Benefiting from its diversified strategy and continuous product innovation, Jianpu Technology achieved a revenue of 256 million yuan in the third quarter, with a cumulative revenue growth of 12.0% year-on-year in the first three quarters, reaching RMB 831 million.
The financial report shows that Jianpu Technology has performed steadily and maintained a stable income structure balance. The revenue from loan recommendations, credit card recommendations, financial digital transformation services, and marketing and other services accounted for 30%, 38%, and 32% of the total revenue in the first three quarters, respectively. In addition, Jianpu Technology has expanded its AI solutions to the non-financial sector, helping financial and non-financial partners explore new operational models in the context of digital upgrading. In the first three quarters, revenue from marketing services and other services increased by 72.1% year-on-year.
At the same time, Jianpu Technology has further reduced operating, procurement, and customer acquisition costs by increasing resource optimization and improving user loyalty. The net loss rate in the third quarter narrowed to 2.5%, approaching breakeven.
In terms of AI innovation practice, in the third quarter, Jianpu Technology attempted to apply large-scale language models to content analysis, file preparation assistance, and early risk warning scenarios, and launched various customized products and solutions for banks, telecommunications operators, and regulatory agencies to help financial and non-financial partners achieve digital upgrades.
Jianpu Technology stated that it will continue to promote innovative practices of artificial intelligence in the financial and non-financial fields in the future, focusing on safety and compliance, seeking progress while maintaining stability, empowering industrial digital upgrading, and attempting to apply advanced technologies to key areas such as technology finance, green finance, inclusive finance, pension finance, and digital finance.
