On October 13th, according to Caixin News Agency, Activision Blizzard released a statement announcing the completion of its merger with Microsoft.
Microsoft also announced the completion of its acquisition of Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion, officially ending the largest transaction in the gaming industry's history.
Not long ago, the UK Competition and Market Authority (CMA) issued a statement approving Microsoft's adjusted acquisition of Activision Blizzard, but excluding the copyright of cloud games. CMA stated that Microsoft made a concession in August this year and Ubisoft will purchase the cloud game rights of Activision Blizzard.
