ASML plans to expand the production capacity and development capacity of its Berlin chip manufacturing plant. ASML German executive George Gomba said in an interview that ASML will invest 100 million euros (approximately $109 million) in Berlin this year and invest the same amount annually in the next few years to expand the production capacity and development capacity of the Berlin chip manufacturing plant.
