On December 28th, NIO's legal department announced that some online accounts such as "Super Wade," "Baolijie New Energy," "Dengshu Youche Talk," "Jinjiao Finance," and "Tech Dafeng Car" fabricated false information, maliciously distorted the company's operating conditions, and spread rumors about NIO's accounting period; Accounts such as "2018 Armor Dragon" and "Accidentally Lost" continue to post highly misleading content and images related to NIO, continuously attacking NIO, belittling and insulting the NIO brand and NIO users.
NIO's legal department stated that NIO has established evidence regarding the above-mentioned behavior and has filed lawsuits against a group of accounts, including the aforementioned accounts, in multiple courts.
