As of the close, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.35%, the Nasdaq fell 0.25%, and the S&P 500 index fell 0.30%. Popular Chinese concept stocks fell on Tuesday. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index (HXC) closed down 4.34%.
