On November 28th, in response to rumors circulating in the capital market related to NIO on the internet, NIO's legal department issued a statement stating that public security organs in multiple places have conducted in-depth investigations and quickly identified and controlled multiple individuals involved in intentionally creating and spreading related rumors (including those involved in screenshots previously circulated online). Currently, the relevant individuals have been lawfully detained by the public security organs.
NIO's legal department stated that NIO will continue to cooperate with the public security organs in the investigation of relevant cases, and does not rule out filing lawsuits against the relevant infringers to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
According to sources from NIO, there have been rumors on the internet recently that NIO is collaborating with other companies at the capital level. On November 23rd, NIO's legal department officially denied the rumors and stated that they had "reported the case to the police as soon as possible and received a response".
