Apple is facing a new class action lawsuit on November 14th due to sound issues with the first generation AirPods Pro. The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday, alleging that Apple's first generation AirPods Pro had sound issues, but the company "illegally continued to promote its excellent sound quality" despite knowing that the AirPods Pro had defects.
