NVIDIA announces significant changes to its cloud gaming service, GeForce Now, due to fee adjustments. Starting from January 1, 2025, newly joined Performance or Ultimate GeForce Now members will have a monthly gaming time limit of 100 hours, equivalent to approximately 3 hours per day. Nvidia stated that this move aims to avoid increasing membership fees in the foreseeable future. This change will affect less than 6% of the members. Unused time can be automatically accumulated to the next month, but once the 100 hour limit is reached, additional game time needs to be purchased or basic configuration needs to be used. Before November 22nd, Nvidia also offered a 25% discount.
