Securities Times Network News: The New York State Mutual Retirement Fund made adjustments to the stocks of some tech giants in the third quarter. This fund is the third largest public pension fund in the United States, managing assets of $267.7 billion. The fund sold 231600 Palantir shares in the third quarter, reducing its holdings to 1.1 million shares. Despite Palantir's stock soaring 116% in the first nine months of this year, the fund still chose to reduce its holdings.
The fund sold 1.5 million shares of Apple stock, reducing its holdings to 19.6 million shares. The fund sold 3.1 million shares of Nvidia stock, reducing its holdings to 30.5 million shares. The fund purchased 102505 shares of AMD stock, increasing its holdings to 2.4 million shares.
