The company has decided to integrate its global business into four main businesses starting from January 1, 2025: 1. Hong Kong; 2. United Kingdom; 3. Corporate and institutional financial management; 4. International wealth management and excellent financial management. HSBC Holdings will restructure its various functional departments to support the development of the four business units mentioned above.
