On November 6th local time, Nike filed a federal lawsuit against its competitors New Braun and SKETCH, accusing them of infringing on the patent rights of Nike's shoe upper weaving technology Flyknit.
Nike has filed lawsuits in Massachusetts federal court and Los Angeles against New Braun and Sketch, claiming that the former's Fresh Foam and FuelCell series of products infringe on the latter's Ultra Flex and Glide Step series.
