Payment interoperability among major Internet platforms has become a trend. On September 26, the first batch of users can take the lead in experiencing WeChat payment on Taobao. After opening the Taobao app, a reporter from Beijing Business Daily found that after selecting the product and submitting the order, a prominent "WeChat Pay" column appeared in the payment method. Clicking on it would directly redirect to WeChat Pay, and the merchant would be displayed as a "Taobao platform merchant".
