In this letter from all employees, Li Bin proposed that the company will reduce the number of positions by about 10%, and the specific adjustments will be completed in November.

This optimization and adjustment is mainly aimed at the headquarters, and there will be no significant changes in the terminal. On November 5th, an insider from NIO Automobile told reporters that the main purpose of personnel optimization and adjustment is to reduce costs and increase efficiency to cope with increasingly fierce market competition.

Request personnel reduction and resource efficiency improvement
According to the entire staff letter, "two efficiency improvements" include organizational efficiency improvement and resource efficiency improvement.
