On September 24th, Yum! Brands China announced that its supply chain management center located in Jiading District, Shanghai has been officially completed and put into operation. This center is the largest self built supply chain center of Yum! Brands China.
It is reported that the Yum China Supply Chain Management Center covers an area of 61000 square meters and integrates automated logistics, ASRS equipment, and roof distributed photovoltaics, integrating room temperature warehousing, low-temperature cold chain, office and supporting facilities. Qu Cuirong, CEO of Yum China, stated that the establishment of the Yum China Supply Chain Management Center not only meets the supply chain service needs of Yum China's brands in the East China region, but also provides a pivot for cold chain integration nationwide, which means that the company has taken the world-class supply chain management field to the next level.
It is reported that Yum! Brands China established Chuansheng Supply Chain in 2020. As of August 2024, Yum! Brands China has 33 logistics centers nationwide, with distribution coverage in over 1700 cities and towns across the country.
