[Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Counter measures against US military industrial enterprises] Recently, the United States once again announced the sale of weapons to Taiwan, China, which seriously violates the one China principle and the three Sino US joint communiques, seriously interferes in China's internal affairs, and seriously damages China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. According to Article 3, Article 4, Article 6, Article 9, and Article 15 of the Anti Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to take the following countermeasures against 9 enterprises listed in the attached "Countermeasures List", including Nevada Mountain Company, Joystick Rudder Company, Cube Company, S3 Aviation Defense Company, Tecm Company, Text Mining Company, Flat Earth Management Company, ACT1 Federal Company, and Essovara Company: 1. Freeze movable, immovable, and other types of property within the territory of China; 2、 It is prohibited for organizations and individuals within our country to engage in transactions, cooperation, and other activities related to it.
