Salesforce plans to acquire Tenyx, an artificial intelligence voice agent company. Enterprise cloud company Salesforce announced on Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Tenyx, which develops AI voice agents, to advance its AI solutions. The acquisition has not yet disclosed its transaction value and is expected to be completed in the third quarter. Tenyx's co-founder and CEO Itamar Arel, as well as Chief Technology Officer Adam Earle and his team, will join Salesforce.
