The plan includes the separation of product design and manufacturing businesses, as well as which factory projects may be cancelled. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs have been providing advice on these possibilities, which may also include potential mergers and acquisitions. According to informed sources, various options are expected to be presented at the board meeting in September.
