Deutsche Bank has upgraded Starbucks' rating to buy, with a target price of $118, up 23%. Deutsche Bank analyst Lauren Silberman's previous rating was' hold '. On August 13th, Starbucks announced the appointment of Brian Niccol as Chairman and CEO. Laxman Narasimhan will resign as CEO and member of Starbucks' board of directors, effective immediately.
